This is my second Highlander, (2012 was my first), and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this car. I bought it for all of the safety upgrades it offers that my 2012 didn’t have. It rides like your on a cloud, quiet as a church mouse, sips fuel at an average of 24 mpg since I have owned it, and plenty of room inside for my 6 ft stature. Controls are easy to operate and clear to understand. Handles perfectly and absorbs bumps in the road without notice. Now for the downsidesThe factory radio is less then perfectNo Apple carplay till next year.3rd row seating is not fit for adults.Having said that, I installed an aftermarket radio with carplay that works flawlessly. The 3 row seating was the same problem I had with my 2012, so I just never use it. If you have small children it might work for them.
